MHR BIG BORE MALOSSI high-end class cylinder with 94 ccm.
The completely redesigned port layout of the cylinder. With little tricks the spool behavior was clearly optimized and adapted to the latest state of modern 2-stroke tuning.
The cylinder must be driven with a long stroke crankshaft with a stroke of 44 mm and a connecting rod length of 90 mm and a piston pin of 13 mm. A high-quality racing crankshaft with appropriate bearings, which can handle the enormous power, is mandatory anyway.
Thanks to the larger cylinder capacity and a newly designed port arrangement, power outputs of 34 hp and more are possible.
In order to mount the cylinder, the engine block must be boring at 56.7 mm at the level of the cylinder base mounting.
